By creating an account, accessing, or using Smoothie Nest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Smoothie Nest. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at blendly537@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Smoothie Nest offers a free tier with limited recipes and a Premium subscription that unlocks all content. Premium plans include a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly) at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from the Account screen — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Premium access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law (e.g., consumer protection rules in your region).
You agree not to: (a) misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App; (b) resell, redistribute, or scrape our recipes or content; (c) share your account credentials; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All recipes, text, images, branding, and software in Smoothie Nest are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of any notes, customizations, or content you add to the App. By saving them, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you across your devices. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Smoothie Nest is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified health provider before making dietary changes. See our Privacy & Disclaimer page for full details.
The App uses third-party providers (including Stripe for payments and Supabase for backend storage). Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We work hard to keep Smoothie Nest available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, recipes, or pricing at any time. Material changes to subscription pricing will be communicated before they take effect.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Smoothie Nest and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including allergic reactions, dietary outcomes, or loss of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to other users or our service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online services. Smoothie Nest is available worldwide; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country when using the App. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, those rules continue to apply to you regardless of these Terms — including, where applicable, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (which does not apply once digital content delivery has begun with your consent during a paid subscription period).
